Passionate, dynamic, and deliberate, Daniela Yarnold – founder of global business, Pro Futura – is a sought-after leadership coach and facilitator.
Professional integrity, honesty and clarity distinguish Daniela’s approach to coaching. By blending powerful listening skills with fine discernment, Daniela is able to tease out the core of complex situations – often before a client uncovers it themselves – to create remarkable business outcomes.
Undaunted by challenge, Daniela holds her clients to their word, keeping them accountable and true to their own values. Nouns like growth, development, and potential become verbs when Daniela is in the room.
Audrey Neville
Genuine, purposeful, and highly skilled, Audrey Neville supports Pro Futura on a number of unique fronts.
Not only does Audrey build quality relationships with prospective and existing clients to develop the business, but she also leads and oversees the administration of the Pro Futura office. Audrey is also responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business with her keen eye for numerical detail.
She negotiates contracts, directs business development, and manages procurement in her every day. Honing her interest in the world of business, kindled during her degree at Robert Gordon University, Audrey joined Pro Futura in 2017, quickly becoming an indispensable member of the team.
